Digital Health Care Wales have announced MHOL has been terminated due to technical & security issues

Please register for the NHS Wales App 

You will need a photocard driving licence or a passport and access to a smart phone to set up your registration

Digital Health Care Wales are working on a solution for proxy access and for those who do not meet the ID requirements.
